Come to the only camp that combines yoga & movement for your body with stories & songs for your imagination…adding a dash of creativity through crafts & up-cycled art!
KIDS WILL GAIN:
- Focus & Calm (an “alert calm”)
- Body awareness through movement (yoga, Pilates, etc.)
- Knowledge of how to regulate emotions (so challenging for many kiddos!)
- Daily opportunities for creativity with craft projects based on the day’s theme (& they’ll learn about “upcycling” materials found around the house!)
- Nutrition guidance & making healthy choices (we’ll prepare healthy snacks based on the day’s theme!)

Please note time differences (and days; some are Monday through Thursday, while others are Monday through Friday)!!!
For June 18-21, July 16-20, & July 23-27, please bring a sack lunch. Snack will be provided for all camps.

ALL SUPPLIES & MATERIALS PROVIDED (yoga mats, props, art supplies, kitchen tools, books, etc.)!** Please bring a sack lunch for camps running 10:30-4 or 11-4; snacks are provided for each class time. Kids will bring home a craft/art project after each class!
**If your child prefers to bring his/her own yoga mat and/or props, that’s fine…just be aware of whose mat stays & whose goes home (be sure to write your child’s name on whatever they bring to camp!).
Family Yoga (all ages), Saturdays 10am: 6/9, 6/23, 7/21, & 7/28
$15/child; $10 each additional person (must be sibling or parent)
**Family Yoga follows each week of camp, to allow kids to show parents what they learned during the week (though attending Kids Camp prior to attending Family Yoga
is NOT required!)!
