FYB Private Sessions

FYB instructors specialize in modifications for injuries and special needs. Perhaps you are in need of some therapeutic yoga, or would just like some individualized learning.  Call us to schedule a private session (we can come to you, or you can come to us).  Rates from $60 / hour (depending on instructor qualifications, package pricing, etc.).

FYB Outreach Teacher Staffing Program

Everyone has busy schedules.  Wouldn't it be nice if you could get the numerous health benefits from FYB Classes at a location that is convenient to you?  FYB can be there for you!

There are 2 key elements in the FYB Outreach Teacher Staffing Program:

  1. Providing highly trained teachers who have the skills to work with regular people, and their individual challenges.  Thereby offering wellness classes that are inclusive (for everyone) vs. exclusive (only for the very fit).  Our trademarked philosophy:  "The Person, Not The Pose"®.

  2. Ascertaining the specific programs that the clients are looking for, to meet their needs.  In other words, the availability to offer multiple client-need "Focused" classes ... versus a single "One Size Fits All" class.  Experience points out that attendance at "One Size Fits All" classes rarely sustain past a few sessions, while the client-need "Focused" classes have a very high ongoing success rate.

FYB provides healthy Workshops, Private Sessions, and Ongoing Classes in the following areas (and more):

  • FYB Pilates.  Note: All FYB Pilates Teachers provide modification options for the Pilates exercises, so that everyone can experience the benefits of Pilates.  Great for improving overall core strength.

The FYB Outreach Teacher Staffing division consists of  FYB's extensive staff, and select graduates from our FYB Teacher Training Schools.  We are able to provide wellness classes at both regional and national locations.

By the way, if your in-house staff has an interest in providing Wellness Programs, FYB offers Teacher Training Certification Programs as well.  FYB's Teacher Training division provides Teacher Trainings at our local locations, as well as at Off-Site locations ... perhaps like your location.
