  • Exercises to help reinvigorate and strengthen the body from the debilitating effects of past stress

  • Special soothing and easy-to-learn Meditation and Relaxation Techniques that have been scientifically recognized to reduce and manage mental and physical stress.  Like the Breathing Techniques, these soothing Meditation and Relaxation Techniques can be used anywhere ... and at any time
