Continuing Yoga

already have an understanding of basic breathing techniques, postures, and
Sun Salutation C. The teacher focuses on various aspects of
a continuing practice … sometimes with flowing sequences,
sometimes with holdings, and always different! 75

IronFlow
Yoga
|
|
All Levels. Looking for a way to add some spice to your Yoga practice? Using
"light" handheld weights, you’ll increase the resistance (and
your upper body strength). You’ll gain some lean muscle, shed some
toxins, and have "a whole lotta fun"! 75
minutes.

|
Pilates
|
|
All
Levels. Pilates is a specific series of controlled movements used to engage
and strengthen your body's core area. FYB Pilates emphasizes attention to detail, alignment and the quality of each movement. FYB Pilates works
your muscle groups, with coordinated effort, through their full range of motion. This increases the awareness of smaller, often forgotten muscles, while larger muscles become leaner, toned, and sleek. The result is a strong, balanced and integrated body.
60 minutes.

|
Stress
Relief Yoga
|
|
All
Levels. Have you ever noticed that much of the "work"
that we do in Yoga is physical, but the benefits can also be emotional. Learn how our emotions are
tied to our physical bodies, and ways that we can help ourselves
to heal and soothe emotional & stress related challenges.
The class format
includes special postures, breathing techniques and positive
affirmations. 75 minutes.
